Items sold out can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • It must not be with the customer for more than 72 hours.
  • The packaging of the item must be intact. Both the original package of the item and also the AJO package used. None must be torn.
  • If the item bought comes in a box the box must not be open.
  • Opened boxes of items will only be taken when the item in the box is either incomplete or broken.
  • The item must not be used by the buyer unless it does not fit the purpose or the size is not the same as required.
  • If the customer has a change of mind the item can be returned if its packaging is intact. In such a case the customer will be required to pay for the transportation of the item.
  • For items that have warranty the customer will have to contact our call center to arrange for the replacement or fixing based on the type of warranty.
  • Items that can be replaced are items that are broken, incomplete, wrong identification or wrong size.
  • However, if it gets broken or a part gets missing after it was delivered to customer it does not qualify for return.
  • Returns can be to any of our offices by the customer in person or the customer can contact our call center to arrange for the pickup of the item they wish to return or the customer can fill the return forms on our website.
  • The customer can choose a day between Monday to Friday from 11am to 5pm for the pick up of the item.
  • The customer must provide the order number given during the time of order of the item.
  • For refunds the customer can choose to receive it directly at any of our offices when they return the item bought, receive it in person at any of our offices after the item has been picked up by us or transferred to the customer via mobile money on all the networks.
  • Remember if the item sent to the customer is not in the same shape as we sent it to the customer then it does not qualify for return. i.e the item must not be broken by the customer, the packaging must be intact, no part of the item must be missing and must not be used.
