This commission rate is charged on the selling price of the item. So, if a car battery cost GHC 250, AJO Autoparts commission of 8 percent is GHC 20. Which means GHC 230 will be paid to the vendor after sales.
4. SETTING UP OF ONLINE STORE
AJO Autoparts will send a Technical Team of two personnel to capture product images and list vendors products online for free. What is required is for the vendor to make the required
information available, that is Product name, Brand, Model, Product Description, Quantity and Selling price.
When that is done, the vendor will also receive online training on how to manage his account. This will be done from time to time as well as online tutorials to help vendors understand their account operations.
5. ASSISTIVE VENDOR RELATIONS MANAGER
Not only that, there will be a Vendor Relations Manager who would assist the vendor with online orders and product updates. We would provide commerce updates such as pending orders to vendors and delivery timelines.
6. SECURED PAYMENTS
When an item is delivered to a customer, vendors will receive payment for that item within 3 working days, after the commissions has been deducted. Vendors can receive payments over
Mobile Money or into a bank account.
7. SECURITY OF VENDORS ITEMS
Items that are sent to us from vendors are always safe and secured with us. We have put in place measures that will ensure that items get to the right customer. And should in case, there are any unforeseen disasters along the way, the vendor will always get his money or item back.
8. RETURN POLICY
In a situation whereby the ordered item is not delivered successfully, vendors will be notified to send a dispatch to come for their item, after 2 to 3 delivery attempts. Also, in a situation where the ordered part did not fit or meet the customers needs, the item will be taken back and the monies refunded to the customer.
9. AMAZING DEALS AND SALES PROMO
Vendors who wish to push certain items on our website can subscribe to our sales promotions. We would make a list of the proposed items and market them on our social media platforms at a fee.
